Pricing

Pages that arrive in tens of milliseconds instead of hundreds. A WordPress that is no longer on the public internet. A hosting bill that mostly disappears. Then the price — fixed, and agreed before the work starts.

Free, and useful on its own

The scan

Free

A verdict on your public site in seconds — green, amber or red — with the reasoning attached. No account.

The assessment

Free

With temporary access to your server, we read how your WordPress is built, and answer with an indicative scope and price range — or an honest no, with the reason.

The conversion — a fixed price

You know the number before we start, and it does not move unless the rehearsal finds something neither of us knew — in which case it moves before your live site has been touched, not after.

Migration audit

€900 – €1,800

1–3 days of work

The whole migration rehearsed on a copy of your site. A written report on performance, risks and feasibility, a costed plan, and a firm price.

  • Deducted from the conversion when you go ahead.

Brochure site

€3,500 – €6,000

3–5 days of work

Under 100 pages, one language, with its forms.

Content site

€7,000 – €15,000

6–12 days of work

A larger site with forms, search, comments and analytics.

Multilingual or regulated

€15,000 – €30,000

12–20 days of work

Several languages, or strict accessibility and data-protection requirements — health, public sector, non-profits.

Agencies: converting sites for your own clients, under your own name? Per site, in recurring volume, 30–40% below these prices.

A new WordPress, set up at the edge

€2,500 – €5,000

2–4 days of work

Starting a site rather than moving one: WordPress on a private subdomain, the edge in your own Cloudflare® account, forms, comments and search as edge functions, and the sync between them — what a migration ends with, from the first page. Multilingual sites, and sites with functionality of their own, are quoted. Design and content stay yours, or your designer's.

Running it afterwards

Your site runs in your own Cloudflare account. You own the account, the data and the repository, and for most sites the Cloudflare Free plan covers it; a busy one costs from US$5 a month, billed to you by Cloudflare. You open the account yourself, in your own name. Your visitors' data stays in your account and in your WordPress — we do not hold it.

A care plan is optional. It is for owners who would rather someone else kept watch.

Base

€80 – €150 per month

  • Monitoring of the site and of both sync directions
  • The nightly check read by a person, and any drift fixed
  • Updates to the shared edge functions
  • A monthly report

Standard

€150 – €350 per month

  • Everything in Base
  • A staging copy for changes
  • Performance and accessibility tracked over time
  • Development time included each month

With SLA

€350 – €600 per month

  • Everything in Standard
  • A named contact
  • A committed response time
  • Compliance documentation: accessibility statement, data-protection records

You invite us as a member of your Cloudflare account, and you can remove us at any time. Ending a plan never touches your site: it keeps running, in your account, exactly as it was.

Hosted by us

Waiting list

For owners who would rather not have a Cloudflare account at all. It is not available yet: hosting other people's sites properly needs infrastructure built for it, written permission from Cloudflare, and a data processing agreement for your visitors' data, and we will not sell it before all three exist. Write to [to be completed] and we will tell you when it is.

What these prices do not include

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added where the law requires it and shown on the quote and the invoice.
